The 7-day free trial costs nothing and needs no card. Nothing to refund.
Paid plans are monthly and start only when you choose to pay. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays live until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
If you were charged by mistake, or the service did not work and we could not fix it within 7 days of your report, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Meta’s pass-through message charges (charged by Meta at actuals) and usage already consumed. Partial months are not prorated except under the mistake/not-working rule above.
Mail vaani@nisolutions.co.in from your account email with the invoice number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of approval.
